Tuesday 26th October — the Island Escape was successfully delivered from the shipyard to Island Escape Cruises.The contract with the yard was signed December 2019 and her keel was laid in June 2020. Due to the difficult times caused by the pandemic the delivery was delayed from June to October. However, the end result is outstanding, and we are thankful for the job done by the yard and the equipment suppliers. They have delivered to us a fantastic yacht and we are very excited to welcome guests onboard soon. Final preparations are being carried out before we are sailing her home to New Zealand. Check out the video of the making of Island Escape.
